1. What we sell

DonutBoost.com sells two kinds of goods: (a) in-game DonutSMP items, spawners, and money, delivered directly to the in-game username you provide at checkout, and (b) digital cosmetic products such as capes, delivered as a redeemable code or file to your DonutBoost account immediately after payment.

We are an independent store and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Mojang, Microsoft, or the DonutSMP server team.

2. Your account

An account requires a real, verified email address. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. You must provide accurate information, including your in-game username for order delivery. Double-check it with /stats before checking out, as delivery to an incorrectly entered username cannot be reversed.

3. Pricing, currency, and discounts

Prices may be displayed in a currency of your choice for convenience, but you are actually charged in USD by our payment processor at the equivalent rate shown at checkout. Discount and referral codes are subject to their own individual terms (e.g. minimum order value, one-time use, limited stacking) and we may limit, suspend, or cancel any code at our discretion in cases of abuse.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay), PayPal, or a cryptocurrency processor, depending on the option you choose at checkout, each subject to that provider's own terms. We never see or store your full card number or crypto wallet private keys.

5. Delivery

In-game item and money orders are typically delivered within 5–15 minutes; this is an estimate, not a guarantee, and can be affected by the DonutSMP server or bot being temporarily unavailable. Digital products (like capes) are delivered instantly once payment is confirmed, for as long as stock (a real, finite pool of codes) remains available.

6. Prohibited use

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for an order that was correctly delivered, instead of contacting us first, is treated as fraud: we reserve the right to ban the associated account and any linked accounts, and to contest the dispute with the payment processor using our delivery records.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the store changes. Continuing to use DonutBoost.com after an update means you accept the revised terms. See also our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
