What we collect

Your email address and username (required for every account), a password hash if you sign up with a password (we never store your actual password), your Discord user ID, username, and email if you sign in with Discord instead, your in-game username at checkout, an optional profile avatar image if you upload one, and your order and purchase history.

We briefly log your IP address around sign-up and login, only to rate-limit abuse (e.g. mass account creation, password-guessing), and use a session cookie to keep you logged in.

Why we collect it

To create and secure your account, verify your email address before allowing login, deliver what you purchased to the right place, track your order history, apply referral and discount codes correctly, and prevent fraud and abuse.

Who we share it with

Payment details are handled directly by our payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, or our crypto processor); we never see or store your full card number. If you sign in with Discord, Discord confirms your identity to us; we don't post to your Discord account or see your other servers. Verification and account emails are sent from our own self-hosted mail server, not a third-party email marketing service. We don't sell your data to anyone.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account exists, plus a reasonable period afterward for fraud prevention and legal recordkeeping (e.g. payment records for tax purposes).

Your choices

You can update your email, avatar, and password from your account settings at any time. To request a copy of your data or to have your account deleted, contact us. We'll handle it directly, since that isn't yet a self-serve option on the site.
